Error in Process Chain while performing Data Load from Standard DSO into Info Cube?

Hi,

I used Data Marts Concept to load LO Extracted Data from Data Source (2LIS_13_VDKON) into Write optimized DSO and then into Standard DSO and then into Real Time Info Cube.

I used Multilevel Process Chain to load Data into the Target Cube.

Data Load Process has been Green upto Standard DSO. But in the next step, i.e. loading Data from Standard DSO's Data Source (i.e. 8SDSO ) into Target it showed the following Error (in the photo).

Errors are: SID Generation and Activation of M records.

Please suggest me to rectify the errors.
